Job Summary:
We are looking for a purpose-driven Family Finance Strategist to join our expanding team. In this role, you will educate clients on how to protect their families, eliminate debt, and create a financial legacy. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow your own business and earn a flexible, performance-based income, all while being part of a supportive and collaborative environment.

This is a hybrid, commission-based position designed to offer flexibility and the ability to earn based on performance. Whether you're seeking part-time or full-time, the more families you help, the more income and impact you can create.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through financial strategies that include life insurance (term, whole, IUL), annuities, retirement planning, and college funding

• Educate individuals and families about wealth-building, financial independence, and debt elimination

• Customize financial plans to meet short-term and long-term goals

• Follow up with clients regularly to monitor progress and adjust strategies

• Participate in weekly coaching calls and business development meetings
